As a thank you gesture I would like to write a review about the agent who deal with my enquiry and helped me to proceed with purchase of the property. Luke Morton displayed great knowledge of the property market, his approach was professional and efficient, he will answer my questions in the late evening or early morning, and because of his support I decided to place an offer on the house I liked. Definitely would recommend Luke as an agent.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE. We had our property up for sale and found the perfect property up with Blundells Rotherham. We made two viewings and dealt with Paula who advised us to make an 'offer of intent'. This basically meant that we would be informed of any other offers that came in before they were accepted giving us the opportunity to respond. We accepted a slightly lower offer on ours in order to proceed with the purchase, however when we contacted Blundells to make our bid they informed us that the property had sold a week ago! Paula explained that sadly there was nothing she could do and we would have to find somewhere else! We subsequently got involved ourselves with the seller directly and after being given the opportunity by them to increase our offer we finally got our perfect home without any input from Blundells Rotherham. They DO NOT get the most for your home, and they DO NOT inform the seller of further offers on the table. Their aim is to gain a really quick sale in order to claim their unusually high commission and any increased offers would just delay their monies and inconvenience them. THERE ARE FAR BETTER COMPANIES CHARGING LESS THAN HALF AS MUCH.

I have been dealing with the branch manager who informed me on the 14th that monies from my tennant had been located and sent to accts (see below ) . The tenant has sent through a copy of his receipt for rent which he paid in yesterday. I have sent this over to Accounts and asked them to allocate and send to you as soon as possible.
17th I sent an email as they obviously very busy to check it had been processed
This still hasn't cleared Into my account
Can you check when it will please

18th getting tired and annoyed now so here we go This is getting a little ridiculous now can you let me know what the procedures are for moving to another agency as a bacs transfer takes two hours and this has now been five days and I do not seem to be getting any service that I pay for
19th but I thought this had been done on the 14th Unfortunately this delay has been caused by the tenant failing to pay by Standing Order and not using the correct assigned reference for his rental payments. Countrywide process thousands of payments each day and so when the tenant doesn't use their reference this causes real problems in locating and allocating the money. This is what has happened here.
Accounts have confirmed that the query has been sent as Urgent and that you should receive this within 3-5 working days. I appreciate your frustration at this delay.
19 th I sent I appreciate your email however for funds to take this long is unacceptable and I strongly recommend that this payment is processed via bacs payment as you had to do a couple of months ago and therefore it is in my account by at least Friday
20th still waiting 21st a response !! Oh dear !! I thought this had been done on the 14 th
I can confirm that this payment was sent to you via BACS yesterday which should be with you in 3-5 working days.

I am so frustrated that not only I haven't received any funds that were supposed to be dealt with on the 14th but that not once has anyone called??? Just hiding behind email
Don't suppose anyone will even look at this ?!
