Definitely 100% would never ever recommended Blundells Chesterfield. Poor service, extremely rude staff & certainly the snotty one I had to deal with. What agent could do to change your mind?
Replace the existing team, manage all processes, have internal sign off and train all staff members in tenant and property law. Care about their landlords. Be responsible. Be professional.

We fell in love with a property that was for sale with Blundells and so the problems began. First viewing we turned up at the property to no answer apparently they'd cancelled the viewing but forgot to ring us.
