I have used this agency for more than five years. The staff are professional and competent and have provided an excellent service. They were appaling right from the start. They took my non-refunable £250 holding deposit without telling me the shower didn't work and was unfixable because it was a pressure issue. Virtually any other agent - ie one that doesn\'t lie (people accept \"cock ups\" not brazen lies.
