Please avoid! They do not respect the law that applies to both parties. They even blame you for saying it's your fault that the landlord won't fix the repairs. I live in a property managed by Andrews - they do not deliver on their promise - in actual fact they have stopped all effort to maintain security and even rubbish collection because they say some tenants have not paid their maintenance fee? Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
