Absolutely fine until it comes to moving out and then they will rob you blind and state that you haven't left the property how they expect you to. Just left one of there properties seems I have had the same problem withheld my deposit came up with faults that were certainly not there when I left trying to hold my whole deposit eg 20 pounds for a missing lightbulb dont even think harrods charge this do not rent through these people after 4... Absolutely shocking. Viewed a property and filled in the application, and even stated that my job was as and when, as I am the nurse bank so don't know my exact hours as they change.
