Ludicrous for application also credit check they really are day light robbery granted many agents are in Belfast but when you see the real agreement you will see no blatent illegal charges and redicluss ones also dispute being told previously by the FCA still illegally trying to force insurance you don't want or need on you. Then giveing unlawfully the insurance company your details and blatantly lieing to them saying you want to buy insurance fom them when you don't and did not consent and clearly stated the opposite

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
