Worst letting agents I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Moved over to the country quickly and needed a place to stay organised before I got there so I agreed to sign a lease for a property from UPS, the company refused to meet me outside their working hours which forced me to change my travel plans to suit them. Representative had me sign the lease prior to having a look around and left before I had a chance to. Upon him leaving I discovered that the deep clean the company had promised to perform prior to tenancy had not been done, after 2 days cleaning the house began to look presentable, with the exception of a few problems that I escalated to the agency (that we're never dealt with the entire time I lived in that property). During the tenancy I locked myself out the house and despite having a spare key the agency refused to bring me it resulting in me having to pay a locksmith and replace the locks. The emergency contact numbers never answered their phones or followed up on a message. It came to winter time and I discovered the heating didn't work and despite assuring me they'd fix it I had to go the whole winter without heating. It was at this point I decided I'd had enough and told them I was leaving and didn't think I should have to pay rent till the end of my contract, only then did they start looking into fixing my problems but it was too late by then so I moved out, they refused to repay my deposit despite the house being in a much better condition after I'd left and sent the dispute to a mediator, which due to me being forced to break my contract (even though they'd broken theirs first by not maintaining the property) sided with the agency and my deposit was never returned to me.

Trying to rent a property in Belfast and UPS are the agents. They have not been helpful or efficient. Ludicrous for application also credit check they really are day light robbery granted many agents are in Belfast but when you see the real agreement you will see no blatent illegal charges and redicluss ones also dispute being told previously by the FCA still illegally trying to force insurance you don't want or need on you. Then giveing unlawfully the insurance company your details and blatantly lieing to them saying you want to buy insurance fom them when you don't and did not consent and clearly stated the opposite

Anytime there was a problem with the property, either no response, a promise to fix with no actual action, or rarely a ''handyman'' would be sent out, make an evaluation and never returned to fix, or did a total botch job, the problem never got fixed, to the point the property suffers lasting... Disgusting that they charge fees to check credit etc, when this should be the landlords responsibility.
