There are no words. I rented a property for 3 years through UPS. I don't have a clue what these people do all day, but it sure isn't work. Zero communication. Zero emotion. Zero common sense. Total lack of human empathy. I paid my rent every month to a landlord who left me in a freezing cold property for a year and a half. Once my son was born I had to phone every day until issue was fixed. My son sadly passed away in the house this year. Left devastated, I couldn't return to the house for months due to the trauma. I lost a child. I am 25. I will never be normal. But these people expected me to be after a few months. I explained I wanted to leave, but that I was having trouble doing so in quick time. **, who handles Carrickfergus, was particularly annoying. ***And the Landlord. Not one of them has an ounce of compassion between them. I then said I was going to go to take the oil that I BOUGHT back from the tank. They said I'd be trespassing and I wasn't allowed. Can you even believe that? After everything, they are now telling me straight up they want to steal the oil I bought too. This is how UPS have treated me following the death of my 3 month old son. Do not use this "company". Honestly. Just don't.
