Absolutely appalling. I chose UPS to sell a property we are currently renting out. I heard NOTHING from them after it went on the market. They put it on property pal and hoped for the best. I had to chase them for updates (I wasn't looking daily, weekly would have been fine, but there were weeks, maybe even over a month with radio silence). We had one viewing and zero follow ups from UPS, when we asked for advice we got none. When I asked for them to take their board down and be on their way they tried to charge me a fee!! Ha! For what exactly?!!! Absolute disgrace. I seriously do not recommend this estate agent.
