Absolutely disgusting company! Utterly shocking how they treat their tenants. Properties are in such ill repair and they do not care at all. The rent has gone up but we don’t see the repairs to show for it - garden fence has been on your list of repairs since 2018 and the wood is rotten. Also the hall could do with an update and more care around the external areas of the property.
