My partner and I found a property that we liked and so arranged a viewing and met the agent at the property, which wasn't vacant at the time. We looked over asked the relevant questions and asked if there was anything we should know. We asked about decorating and damages that are left by the previous tenants and were told that it would be redecorated and any problems fixed before our move in. In this basis we decided to go for it. A few weeks later we are told that it has a pre paid gas meter (which are more expensive) and we would want it to be changed but where told its our problem we didn't ask about it in the first place! (Who has them now anyways!?) Then we are told that we could move in on our initial date but would have to move our stuff back out so they could redecorate! Wits still an ongoing issue as we have taken time off work and booked removal vans for the date they said but are unwilling to help in anyway. The rudeness of the phone calls is beyond unacceptable I would never use them in the future and highly recommend people stay away from them. Bad attitude towards customers appalling customer service skills (or lack there of)

What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing, it\'s that bad.

Although they\'ve breeched the contract from day one and lied saying the repairs had been fixed then made us sign the contract under false pretences. I\'ve paid 4 of the 6 months rent which I\'m hoping to claim back. But they\'re that unhelpful and rude it\'s looking like it\'s going to court.

Shocking customer service for tenants. They perform numerous inspections but when anything goes wrong they say it's not their problem, it's the landlords. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
