I would seriously advise anyone against using these agents. Their lack of customer care and general attitude has been the pain of my life for the last 6 months. We rented a property in October last year and basically as soon as the contract was signed they wanted nothing to do with us. This was our first property renting as a couple (meant to be a happy time!!) and its turned out to be a nightmare! The flat itself isnt fit for living in! Mould all over the walls and the bathroom is an absolute disgrace, their advice to us was keep all the windows open at all times, it was Christmas time!!! Reported the mould and toilet not flushing many times to the agents, someone came out to have a look at the toilet but went away to talk to the landlord and that was the last we heard!! The heating system is the ancient and unrelaible night storage heaters. Neither me, my family or an electrician could figure out how these worked, when I phoned the agents to request an instruction booklet the exact words were ' the last tenants figured out how to use them so you do the same!'. 2 Feb 2015I know what you mean Hales, they're a disgrace! I had major problems with the bathroom floor being unstable due to leakage and them doing nothing about it! Which has led to me losing the movement of my hand caused by a serious accident! The best thing about it when I notifed them numerous times they had the cheek to say "well can you not just use your neighbours bathroom to get washed" I can't believe this agency is still being aloud to let.

Nothing, it\'s that bad.

Although they\'ve breeched the contract from day one and lied saying the repairs had been fixed then made us sign the contract under false pretences. I\'ve paid 4 of the 6 months rent which I\'m hoping to claim back. But they\'re that unhelpful and rude it\'s looking like it\'s going to court.

Shocking customer service for tenants. They perform numerous inspections but when anything goes wrong they say it's not their problem, it's the landlords.
