Not good at all. I told them three times about my boiler not working and after nearly a month nothing had happened. In the end my girlfriend had to pretend that we had a baby and only then did they do something about getting it mended. The staff at the Stevenage office are nice and polite on the phone but then don't do much to help you - It would be better if they were less polite on the phone but then got things done fast!! We'll not be using them again.
Just got the boiler mended quicker!

As a tenant, Putterills charged me �420 for credit/referencing checks, of which �150 went to credit/referencing checking my partner, who was not in the contract, but was only a 'permitted occupier'. Why would you credit check someone who's not going to be responsible for paying... Read Full Review
Putterills charged me more than I paid for my tenants fees in Marylebone, central London. And they justified charging so much by stating, and I quote, "there's lettings agents around the country charging up to £1000 in fees, so we think we're pretty fair in comparison".

Just got the boiler mended quicker!
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
No procedure set.
