Overall not a good impression. My problem was that I got the distinct feeling that my 'modest' property was of little or even no interest to the lady who came to view it. Overall not a good impression. My problem was that I got the distinct feeling that my 'modest' property was of little or even no interest to the lady who came to view it. Had she been in possession of a long nose, she would have been looking a long way down it as she came into my house. Putterills may have won prizes for their ability to sell grand and expensive houses to the rich of Hitchin, but they win no prizes at all for attending to the equally important needs of the smaller customer. So, I went elsewhere instead and sold my property very quickly through another Hitchin agent. And who, naturally, I will be using again when I sell this new property later this year, after having renovated it. So, Putterills have now missed out on two lots of commissions from me and probably more and larger ones into the future. Fools!
