First time I met with OneWorldOffPlan staff was 2013 September. According to my previous research I sent a lot of email to advertised agencies and I had few respond the next day. I tried to choose the best one. I called back each of them but most of my phone-call doesn't made me happy because of the agent's mood, behaviour, etc. (no patience to the customers). I was thinking to find an other way to search a home for myself. Finally I spoke with OneWorldOffPlan staff Nicole. First time to talk on the phone with her was a positive impression. She knows how to make the applicant to be interested to choose the right property. She was very friendly, talkative and helpful to make a right decision to choose a right place to leave. We organised a viewing at Dagenham what was a best for my requirements. Time keeping for the appointment was perfect. I went there 5pm, after work and she already been there. I had 2 weeks to move out from my previous place. She did show around the property. However the builders had a hard work in the house but everything was well organised during the refurbishment with a professional team. I was a little worried about that the builders are really going to finish within 2 weeks and Nicole make me sure to trust they won't late with the job. The house was a huge with garage, garden, dining room, big kitchen, 2 recepcion, 4 rooms. After 2 weeks the house was ready to move in. We had an other meeting and during two weeks the property had a brilliant change, with a stunning bathroom. After 9 months everything perfect, I'm more than happy. I really appreciated for their organisation and how they treating their clients. I would recommend them again and again.

Azad Haque did not pay me eight months rent. My property was being used as a brothel. He lied to me that the property was to be rented to his employees. I would urge everybody not to use him ever again. I have a judgment against him for the sum of £8000. He has defrauded several landlords... Read Full Review

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent needs to be trustworthy and honest and not be a underhanded agent not professional in any manor.

Have been doing business with this agent Azad and Nicole and have found them to be helpful and honest, they provided me with update feed back and legal advice, I have had insurance but have never needed to use it, this gives me peace of mind , and never was charged for... Read Full Review
