I have a number of properties managed through OneWorld and I must say overall I have been extremely pleased with the service provided.
The business is run in a very professional manner with (as of now) polite staff and senior management who are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the local area.
Rents are always paid on time and they have also managed to achieve the holy grail for all landlords; finding me high quality tenants!

They lie a lot and the manager "azad" makes his employees lie to the customers. It is the most unprofessional company I have come across, no respect to the customers, landlord and employees, it's about time everyone realised how the company really is and who you are dealing with, 9momths of hell working there, never appreciated for anything and as the so called manager "azad haque" who likes to be called "ash" likes to back chat about his employees and other various people. There is other millions of Estate Agent out there who really help and don't scam of people for there money.
And Azad if your reading this you should be ashamed of yourself.

We should have known not to deal with this company from the beginning. When we went to view the property, they were running late but they assured us that they were on their way. After nearly an hour of waiting we got bored and decided to leave, but we then received a call from Kay saying he was at the property, so we went back to the viewing. The property itself seemed fine, so we decided to go ahead with the tenancy, putting a sizeable deposit into their account. On the day of the move (as I was in the moving van, starting a 3 hour drive to London), they called and told me that the previous tenants had not yet vacated the property, and would not do so for another month. We wanted to move sooner than that, so we asked them if there were any other similar properties available. We were given two options: one that was going to be occupied for the same amount of time as the previous property, and another in Canary Wharf that was available immediately. We tried to arrange a viewing of the Canary Wharf property but they never got back to us with a time, making a day-trip to London completely pointless. After finding a property with a different agency, we decided to cancel the tenancy agreement with One World Off Plan. Ash assured us that the deposit would be returned to us swiftly, as well as the cost of the removal van ("in good faith"). Nearly a year on, we still haven't had it back. They have told us many times that it was being wired to us, they had sent it in the post, they didn't have the money in their account etc. etc. We are now in the process of taking them to court to get back the money that is owed to us.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I CANNOT STRESS IT ENOUGH!!!

I own a property in north Ilford, which does not have many tenanted properties, so I wanted to make sure the agent I chose was the right one.
I spoke with Nicole and Azad from oneworldoffplan and once they had viewed my property, which is a very large Victorian terrace with complete original features, they were really adamant that they had the right customer base to rent the property out. They offered me a "rent guarantee" 12 month contract and would take the house straight away.
I received a deposit and the first few months rent. Then things started to go down hill.
When I went to visit the property it had been neglected. The first time i visited, each door inside had been drilled and locks added, including two of the living rooms. I could not understand why this could happen especially as my contract stated that no changes to be made to property without my permission and I specifically told the agent not to alter any of the features, such as the doors which were over a 100 years old. A ground floor wooden sash window had been smashed in and at least a 1/4 of it was missing. It had been left like this for sometime as the plaster had been damaged inside the house around the window. Tenants confirmed the window had been broken for over a week and had been reported, but nothing has happened to repair it.
I spoke to Azad who said he didn't even know about the locks or the window, he had not been to the property since contracts had been signed. He would try and sort it out. I also found that the tenant that was supposed to be living at the address as confirmed by my agent has never lived there and has placed 9 people inside the address. Two in each ground floor living room. Two in each double room and 1 person in the single bedroom.
There are many incidents which I can describe - but just another example. I went to visit the address and one of the wooden windows (glass and frame) was completely missing. The house was open to all the elements. When I spoke to the tenants they confirmed that it had been missing for a week. They had reported this to the agent but nothing had been done.
I spoke to Azad and requested that the property be returned as there have been several breaches of contract and the contract is voided. Azad stopped paying any rent and did not carry out any repairs to my property. A whole ceiling needed replacing and at the time of writing I am now going through the formal process of evicting the tenant myself.
The has been no gas, electricity, water or council tax been paid on the property for over 6 months with summons outstanding. This is all due to the mismanagement of oneworldoffplan and Azad. Making as much money as possible at the expense of the owner.
Please DO NOT GO WITH THIS AGENT - it will only end one way. You will be left out of pocket and your house will be damaged and you will have to pick up the pieces yourself. I have learnt the hard way but hopefully this review explains why you don't have to.
