I have never received customer service like this before. This is a small office. I had made four phone calls over two weeks. Each time someone said they would call me back, but didn't! If this is the service you get trying to speak to someone, try and sell your house through them!

29 Mar 2011Exactly the same in Farnham office, run by the Fearn family. Even said they are "way too busy to call every potential purchaser, because we have some many on our books. If you want a viewing, you need to call us because we're backed up with valuations and viewings every day..." In February 2010. Yeah right!! Hubris city; can't wait to see one of these local boys get the just desserts of their appalling attitude and lack of service
