They were useless. I had a serious problem with mould and damp in the flat, and was told to buy a 'dehumidifier', the damp was so bad my duvet went mouldy! When I gave them a month's notice because of the terrible conditions they told me it would have to be six weeks because of the date I... Read Full Review

They were useless. I had a serious problem with mould and damp in the flat, and was told to buy a 'dehumidifier', the damp was so bad my duvet went mouldy! When I gave them a month's notice because of the terrible conditions they told me it would have to be six weeks because of the date I tendered my notice. They took seven weeks to return my deposit, 'because of the snow'. They aren't interested in dealing with problems and they were utterly unprofessional.
