John D Wood in weybridge have been fabulous right up until the point we started dealing with returning the 8 week deposit and one months overpaid rent. The overpaid rent was my mistake but it could very easily be returned without fuss. It is now 4 weeks and we are in serious mental distress at not having the £3500 that is owed to us. Property manager Elek is the main problem and I have no trouble in advising everyone to stay away from this company. It did not take me long to find this website and it does not surprise me they are one of the worst in the country. Stay away, don't use them.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Perhaps working honestly and quickly would have avoided this whole problem. Instead I am being ignored for the past 11 days while they still owe me £3500. It really is very distressing.

John D Wood have been absolutely shocking in their treatment of the residents of our property. Contractors frequently arrive to the house with their own key with no warning. What agent could do to change your mind?
They could contact us about repairs. Or respond to emails. They could be respectful and abide by the contract we signed. They could ensure our house is safe to live in.

We have had a leak coming down into our flat from the above apartment. once we notified John D Wood it took them almost 3 months to come and look at the problem. What agent could do to change your mind?
1st, Actually send someone qualified to check out the mold issues instead of a plumber who knocks on the ceiling and says it is just fine. 2nd, not to judge us before having the facts about what is going on. 3rd, to fix the problem. It is highly dangerous for an asthmatic to live and breathe in mold. the complete disregard for other humans well being is complete and is just disgusting
