John D Wood have been absolutely shocking in their treatment of the residents of our property. Contractors frequently arrive to the house with their own key with no warning. In effect, it's just some random men or women letting themselves in. We have reported this to John D Wood numerous times and they do not care. The house also failed the HMO and John D Wood have been in no way proactive about getting the repairs carried out. Our kitchen is dangerous as the cupboards and broken and the oven is old and gas and has burned numerous people due to loose parts and naked flames. We reported this to John D Wood over 6 months ago, followed up numerous times and are being ignored. We call and email and are fobbed off constantly.
They could contact us about repairs. Or respond to emails. They could be respectful and abide by the contract we signed. They could ensure our house is safe to live in.

We have had a leak coming down into our flat from the above apartment. once we notified John D Wood it took them almost 3 months to come and look at the problem. In the meantime they blamed us for the contractors not turning up. When the contractors turned they wiped down the mold and painted it... Read Full Review
1st, Actually send someone qualified to check out the mold issues instead of a plumber who knocks on the ceiling and says it is just fine. 2nd, not to judge us before having the facts about what is going on. 3rd, to fix the problem. It is highly dangerous for an asthmatic to live and breathe in mold. the complete disregard for other humans well being is complete and is just disgusting

John D Wood in weybridge have been fabulous right up until the point we started dealing with returning the 8 week deposit and one months overpaid rent. The overpaid rent was my mistake but it could very easily be returned without fuss. It is now 4 weeks and we are in serious mental distress at not... Read Full Review
Perhaps working honestly and quickly would have avoided this whole problem. Instead I am being ignored for the past 11 days while they still owe me £3500. It really is very distressing.
