Radyah Sultana, who is in charge of the paperwork, was so unprofessional, dishonest and impatient. I have received passive-aggressive threats from her and had a really bad experience. Radyah Sultana, who is in charge of the paperwork, was so unprofessional, dishonest and impatient. I have received passive-aggressive threats from her and had a really bad experience.
We worked smoothly with Egle and David, and paid the deposit very early.
However, the contract was ready only 3 days before moving in, even though all the reference checks were ready two weeks ago!
I understand that Radyah was sick for a few days, but I am unhappy that she made an excuse and LIED that the reference checks were just done yesterday.
Now because of her inefficiency, I have to be efficient.
Well, I am a customer, and she is the god.
