Recently me and my fiance were looking for a place to rent. We went to the agency and were welcome with a smile. Agent explained everything that we need to know and was answering on all our e-mails. There was no problem to contact them either by phone or just visiting the agency (there was always couple agents inside). Very professional and fast service. You pay the rest of the money when you are sure that everything is ok. To compare our friends were looking for similar place as ours but choose a different agency. They have went through tough times and at the end didnt get the place and they have lost the money.

Make sure you pay attention to your T's and C's with this company. They're pitch is good but you do not end up with what you think you will get. I was given the wrong information and was subject to a hefty exit fee, later rent payments then agreed and greater costs of day to day... Read Full Review

Happy with the sign up fee but the exit fees WERE NOT made clear to me and in fact were denied when explaining my situation and not wanting to have a management company for longer than necessary.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
