Make sure you pay attention to your T's and C's with this company. They're pitch is good but you do not end up with what you think you will get. Happy with the sign up fee but the exit fees WERE NOT made clear to me and in fact were denied when explaining my situation and not wanting to have a management company for longer than necessary.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
