Dreadful experience - avoid like the Plague, rude, disreputable, cannot be bothered attitude, unfair practice whereby prospective tenants are not welcome. Kevin was brilliant - great knowledge of the property and representing the brand well. Jim was a snake. Make sure you pay attention to your T's and C's with this company. They're pitch is good but you do not end up with what you think you will get. I was given the wrong information and was subject to a hefty exit fee, later rent payments then agreed and greater costs of day to day ... Read Full Review

Happy with the sign up fee but the exit fees WERE NOT made clear to me and in fact were denied when explaining my situation and not wanting to have a management company for longer than necessary.

House sale Customer. The positive is they are cheap. But I suspect you get what you pay for. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
