Dreadful experience - avoid like the Plague, rude, disreputable, cannot be bothered attitude, unfair practice whereby prospective tenants are not welcome. No regard for either the landlord or tenant as speed of a holding deposit is their only objective even if higher rental is offered. As a new tenant to the area were told not to bother coming to Bristol unless you camp in their office to wait for possible properties as you have to be local to be accepted by them for viewings. As a landlord myself I would fire them if their behaviours towards tenants are always like this - so suggest landlords in Bristol area also avoid them

House sale Customer. The positive is they are cheap. But I suspect you get what you pay for.
