Dreadful experience - avoid like the Plague, rude, disreputable, cannot be bothered attitude, unfair practice whereby prospective tenants are not welcome. No regard for either the landlord or tenant as speed of a holding deposit is their only objective even if higher rental is offered.
As a new tenant to the area were told not to bother coming to Bristol unless you camp in their office to wait for possible properties as you have to be local to be accepted by them for viewings.
As a landlord myself I would fire them if their behaviours towards tenants are always like this - so suggest landlords in Bristol area also avoid them

House sale Customer. The positive is they are cheap. But I suspect you get what you pay for. They will be your best friend until the paperwork is signed then the comms dry up; don't believe the regular updates story, they don't contact you and if you phone them the person you want is... The positive is they are cheap. But I suspect you get what you pay for.
They will be your best friend until the paperwork is signed then the comms dry up; don't believe the regular updates story, they don't contact you and if you phone them the person you want is never available.
They will not care for your property by leaving as they found it (locked up, blinds down etc) and they will let tradesmen into your house without asking or telling you.
We have sold another property this year with a different cut price agent and they were similarly poor. Next time we will invest a little more in the hope of a better service.
