We took a 6 month rental agreement with ben daniels and found out after 2 months, when we contacted them about a boiler problem, that they had given our deposit over to the landlord and that we had to deal with him directly because it was no longer their problem, they weren't managing the property anymore. They did this without informing us of any of this. This is against the law! We advise anyone thinking of using them to steer well clear, they cannot be trusted!

Rip of estate agents. Accused us of putting holes in floors???? Even though we reported several floors breaking and one where my partner sprained her ankle falling through it. We left property better then when we moved in, was told to clean behind the fridge, when we did we found a paper for 7 ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
