Rip of estate agents. Accused us of putting holes in floors???? Even though we reported several floors breaking and one where my partner sprained her ankle falling through it. We left property better then when we moved in, was told to clean behind the fridge, when we did we found a paper for 7 years earlier! Took our full deposit.

We took a 6 month rental agreement with ben daniels and found out after 2 months, when we contacted them about a boiler problem, that they had given our deposit over to the landlord and that we had to deal with him directly because it was no longer their problem, they weren't managing the property ...
