Very professional and helpful service. We were in a very delicate situation having to sell my parents home to pay for their care, but Nigel handled them with sensitivity and understanding. Found them to be totally honest and trustworthy - not something often said about estate agents!

Viewing arranged with F&K. Arrive to find the house had been sold even before the viewing was arranged with no phone call or message to cancel the viewing. Absolutely useless. Seemed nice and pleasant but hopeless at getting anything done. Very slow and would take days to answer simple things. Once a problem occurred with a survey they were useless in helping deal with the problem. In the end withdrew my offer and went... Read Full Review
