Viewing arranged with F&K. Arrive to find the house had been sold even before the viewing was arranged with no phone call or message to cancel the viewing. On providing feedback the girl answering the phone declared that all viewings had been cancelled and then hung up the phone as I started to speak.

Absolutely useless. Seemed nice and pleasant but hopeless at getting anything done. Very slow and would take days to answer simple things. Once a problem occurred with a survey they were useless in helping deal with the problem. In the end withdrew my offer and went... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
