i am amazed.............. how hard can it be to do what they do. actually what do they do. I put the house up for sale within a week it had sold and had 5 viewings awesome within that week I had put an offer and accepted in on a new house awesome. so as eager to sell James calls has a couple interested buy to let get completed before xmas bearing in mind we are in November. quick sale so I could get in mine and happy xmas. talked in to accepting lower offer which I was not to bothered as my new house I also got for less so this all worked out. they had also brought another but needed ours to if we could be out by xmas as needed a fast sale then........... the fun began had odd comments but believed in them all was built up to move on the 20 December. then 2 weeks before took them to a while to confirm buyers had problem with mortgage 'hold on thought you had done this in house for them and was well on there way I was told hey'....... back tracking erm we couldn't do it for em because it was commercial? 16 weeks later we are still waiting. now this aint there fault but the lies at the start the phone calls that never get returned the sarky comments made by clare hodgson , josh. all phone calls are logged and they repeated to me and laughed of how many times I called yes because of their incompetence and lack of returning calls. I hope to move someday soon but they have made it so hard and seem so inefficient and unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone. the sale percentage is quite high and you would think you getting a better service hold on there I believe this is greed from people who are there only for money and not interested you as a customer if they are then I hope they listen to my comments when I want to discuss this issue. once we are completed and exchanged i will update ................

I have used Simpson & Partners for many year and have both bought and sold through them. I must say that I have read some of the reviews on here and they totally do the company mis-justice. Nothing - i wouldnt use them if they paid me - they are totally hopeless and a give ALL Estate Agents a bad name. No wonder peaople think most Estate Agents are scum - this firm are worse than scum!
