The service was awful once they had secured my business! They were very good at 'selling' themselves but didn't have the capability to follow through with decent customer service thereafter. I didn't receive the terms of the agreement from them, or any details of the process moving forward until AFTER they had signed up some tenants. Being new to renting my property out I never knew what deposit was being taken or what was agreed between the tenants and them about my property until it was already done ie. they had agreed a 6 month break clause and never checked with me first or informed me. Emails were not replied to for at least 2 days if at all. My tenants were due to sign the contract with me in half an hour time and I had to call the agents to find out if they had even paid the deposit / rent yet! Then I was told I wouldn't receive my owed money from them until 5 working days later despite the fact that they had my bank details and the signed documents for over a week. When raising my complaint with the manager - Kerry - she was rude and abrupt with telling me that that was how they do things and there is nothing she can do about it - there was no apology! I will not be using them again - that's for sure! Their motto is definitely one of 'we've got our money now so who cares about the customer!'
