Just shockingly incompetent and rude. Inquired about a house on the website, located near East Croydon. Brushed off by staff. Didn't call back. Brushed off again. Told the house is sold. No explanation for the house being still on the website. Passed onto an even ruder "manager" who put the phone down on me. Is this really the way to treat people who want to view houses or ask for details? Disgusted at Chiltern and will make it well know.
What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have listened properply. Could have aplogised for errors on the website. They definitely should have called back promptly. A manager should NOT have taken the phone, rudely answered and then hung up! Never.
