We have recently completed a successful sale of our property with Dale Eddison, following a previous period of time for sale with another agent. At the initial valuation, Gary gave us pointers on things to improve in our house. They sent only genuine viewers to see our property and were prompt with giving feedback from the viewers. Once we had an offer, the communication from them was outstanding, and they even tried to resolve issues we were having with our purchase on behalf of another agent (who we are most definitely not impressed with!). Overall, we have had a great experience with this estate agent. We were left feeling that nothing was too much trouble, and felt well supported throughout the sale.
