I have read previous comments which appear to be a bit harsh and unfair in my opinion. And this is certainly not my experience of Dale Eddison Ilkley. Dale Eddison is a disgrace. They don't care about the law and tenants. They only care about the landlord because he is the one giving more money. I would not recommend anyone to let with them. At the end of the tenancy they will side with the landlord and do whatever the landlord pleases... Read Full Review

Landlords BEWARE ! This agent does not use bacs/ electronic payment methods to pay landlords. They use cheque. I've been a landlord for over a decade and I'm staggered.
