If anyone wants to see him, go to 2nd Floor, 306 Farham Rd, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 4XL. He may be able to explain some of his actions.

27 Jan 2011I have reported Berkshire Property Services and the activities of Shane Sprenger to Thames Valley Police. If you have also been fraudulently duped out of rents due or deposits please contact TVP on 0845 8 505 505. The more people who complain the better chance of this crook being dealt with (despite decamping to Spain).

27 Mar 2011We are in the same boat as you, Berkshire property still owe us three months rent. The rents was never paid in time, and I have to make several visits from London to BPS office in 12-14 Windsor Road, Slough, demanding the rent . Overlooking the delays occuring in unpaid rent and their overhall management we terminated our service with BPS on 29th November 2009. We will take this case further contacting HMCS for unpaid rent and the Thames Valley Police. We will see BPS Management Shane Sprenger, Siobhhan Sprenger, and Charlotte O'Connell in courts. My property is now managed by an Agency in London who are supporting my claim. Mr & Mrs Kern

28 Mar 2011Charlotte O ' Connell & Siobhan Sprenger were employees of Shane Sprenger and had no financial interest in the company, Charlotte O'Connell left 2 years ago and Siobhan Sprenger never returned from Maternity leave, therefore you can take the young girls to court if you want to waste your money why dont you just go ahead and take all the former employees of Shane Sprenger to court!!

I have been quiet for quite a while, however I am due to have a few meetings with certain authorities. Hopefully, this will help bring him back here and face consequences of his doings. 17 Mar 2020Marbella Pads is also run by Stuart Sprenger, apparently his brother. They are terrible. Real criminal feel to the place.

There's a lot of unhappy people on this blog and I can relate to all of it, owes months and months rent and kept the tenants deposit and supposedly left the country to go to Spain. I used this letting agency in 1998/9 where I rented 2 properties with them. At this time the service was fantastic, the manager, can't remember his name but a short chap with red hair was excellent, very friendly and helpful. I have lost my deposit money with them. Went to small claims court, got warrant issued. No reply from the court of Baillif. On calling the Baillif (Dev Garg), he gives a hundred and one excuses. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
