1. re-rented my home 3 weeks before I was due to move out and told me I would be moving, with no discussion or warning or request made. Then very offensive and bullish when trying to amicably make arrangements, then I moved out 14 days early due to threats of loosing tenant and being responsible for rent - now withholding those 14 days rent 2. Accused me of breach of contract before checking tenancy agreement over my parents west highland terrier visiting for an hour, which had been previously agreed and put in tenancy, very aggressive in my home towards me regarding this issue and did not give up on it even after I had proved him to be incorrect with his information 3. Falsifying information to keep my over paid rent money by deception - I have never missed a rent payment or paid late, yet I moved out on 23rd December and nearly 4 weeks later, I still have not had my Deposit and they are withholding half of my rent and are unable to give me a reasonable explanation 4. Very rude 5. Very offensive 6. Mike Boon bully his tenants 7. No response when requesting my money back TOTAL RIP OFF! I HAVE NOW BROUGHT A HOUSE SO NO LONGER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT DEALING WITH RIP OFF ESTATE AGENTS SUCH AS MIKE BOON AT PALMER SNELL, HOWEVER, I AM CURRENTLY TAKING THEM TO COURT TO RECOVER MY MONEY THAT MY LANDLORD HAD FULLY AUTHORISED ME TO HAVE BACK I WOULD NEVER USE PALMER SNELL TO RENT A PROPERTY, TO FIND ME A TENANT OR TO SELL A PROPERTY, BECAUSE OF ONE MAN'S ATTITUDE AND GREED AND THE FACT THE LANDLORD WAS HAPPY FOR ME TO HAVE ALL MY MONEY BACK QUOTE MIKE BOON FROM PALMER SNELL"IT IS TOO MUCH HASSLE TO PAY YOUR MONEY BACK ITS GOING TO TAKE ME 40 MINUTES TO SORT IT OUT"

NOT STOLEN MY MONEY NOT RE RENTED MY FLAT WITHOUT MY CONSENT NOT BEEN SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL WHEN GLEN, RACHEL AND ANDREA IN THE SAME BRANCH ARE JUST NICE PEOPLE AND HELPFUL AND ACTUALLY HAVE THE ABILITY TO SORT OUT ISSUES MIKE IS NOTHING BUT A BULLY & THIEF WHO IS UNABLE TO DO HIS JOB AND IF HE THINKS 40 MINUTES IS TOO MUCH TIME TO REPAY THE MONEY THEY OWE THEN HE WILL BE SPENDING A DAY IN COURT, THAT IS MUCH MORE TIME

Just phone me back when they new the circumstances.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
