Awful. Used their solicitor to sell, and they used same firm for purchaser. September2019, to march 2020. Thats 6 months, to sell empty flat, while full council tax is payed by myself, had almost zero contact after they did their job, found a buyer! No to little communication between... Read Full Review

Well let's start with the positives........... oh wait there are none. Having sold property with several agents in the past and had bad service, I must say that PalmerSnell (Castlelane) have really changed my thoughts on estate agents. They found me buyer within the 2nd week of marketing and got the sale through within 7 weeks which was something I had not heard of ... Read Full Review
