I am currently tenant of a property rented though another agency, our (NIGHTMARE) Landlady has decided to use Palmer Snell to let the property through as current estate agents do not want her business anymore (understandably). Palmer Snell have since been harassing me, my partner and my mum (who doesn't have anything to do with the property) to arrange viewings for new tenants OVER 2 MONTHS before our tenancy is due to expire. I advised them that we are more than happy to accommodate viewings on a Saturday morning as myself and my partner are both full time workers and aren't there through the week and wouldn't feel comfortable with strangers being in our home without us present. I explained that we are not at home during the next 2 weekends but would be more than happy to arrange viewings during the last month of the tenancy. This was met with a barrage of abuse front the branch manager, calling me awkward and obstructive amongst other things, before threatening to enter our home without my permission and saying they had the right to do this!!! I tried to be amicable with the man, however he was not interested and when I explained that if he was to enter the property without our permission to do so that this would be classed as trespass, he continued with the abuse. Very rude branch manager. Comes across as aggressive and threatening. STAY WELL CLEAR!!

1. re-rented my home 3 weeks before I was due to move out and told me I would be moving, with no discussion or warning or request made. NOT STOLEN MY MONEY NOT RE RENTED MY FLAT WITHOUT MY CONSENT NOT BEEN SO RUDE AND UNHELPFUL WHEN GLEN, RACHEL AND ANDREA IN THE SAME BRANCH ARE JUST NICE PEOPLE AND HELPFUL AND ACTUALLY HAVE THE ABILITY TO SORT OUT ISSUES MIKE IS NOTHING BUT A BULLY & THIEF WHO IS UNABLE TO DO HIS JOB AND IF HE THINKS 40 MINUTES IS TOO MUCH TIME TO REPAY THE MONEY THEY OWE THEN HE WILL BE SPENDING A DAY IN COURT, THAT IS MUCH MORE TIME

Just phone me back when they new the circumstances.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
