We experienced no problems whatsoever, the rent was always paid on time and any repairs carried out quickly. We have been using this agent since the property was new and although we have had a number of tenants over the last 8 years the property looks as good as it did then.

We had this agency let and manage our house for us and we have had problems ever since and no longer let the house. To start with there was damage done to our property which parkyns did not check after the tenant left so they returned the deposit to the tenant, it then took months for parkyns to... What agent could do to change your mind?
Parkyns need to take responsibility for certain issues and not ignore the problems.
