I visited the officemail on the 1st June and the lady was rather rude. We wanted to view at a certain time the following weekend and she said could we do earlier as better for us. We experienced no problems whatsoever, the rent was always paid on time and any repairs carried out quickly. We have been using this agent since the property was new and although we have had a number of tenants over the last 8 years the property looks as good as it did ... Read Full Review

We had this agency let and manage our house for us and we have had problems ever since and no longer let the house. To start with there was damage done to our property which parkyns did not check after the tenant left so they returned the deposit to the tenant, it then took months for parkyns to ... Tried to buy a house with them. Parkyns discussed the valuation with our surveyer, totally un ethicle. Said house just needed a kitchen, bathroom and heating. When surveyer surveyed the house it was in need of full damp and timber treatment, with a structually unsafe roof. They wasted our time and ... Read Full Review

Parkyns valued my house, didn't get the job becouse the valuation guy was dirty and smelly. Then tried to bring a customer to me when I had taken on another agent. Their friends price was also pretty low and I didn't entertain their nonsence. Definatley don't ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
