I visited the officemail on the 1st June and the lady was rather rude. We wanted to view at a certain time the following weekend and she said could we do earlier as better for us. Tried to buy a house with them. Parkyns discussed the valuation with our surveyer, totally un ethicle. Said house just needed a kitchen, bathroom and heating. Parkyns valued my house, didn't get the job becouse the valuation guy was dirty and smelly. Then tried to bring a customer to me when I had taken on another agent. Their friends price was also pretty low and I didn't entertain their nonsence. Definatley don't... Read Full Review
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
