I visited the officemail on the 1st June and the lady was rather rude. We wanted to view at a certain time the following weekend and she said could we do earlier as better for us. Tried to buy a house with them. Parkyns discussed the valuation with our surveyer, totally un ethicle. Said house just needed a kitchen, bathroom and heating. When surveyer surveyed the house it was in need of full damp and timber treatment, with a structually unsafe roof. They wasted our time and... Read Full Review

Parkyns valued my house, didn't get the job becouse the valuation guy was dirty and smelly. Then tried to bring a customer to me when I had taken on another agent. Their friends price was also pretty low and I didn't entertain their nonsence. Definatley don't... Read Full Review
