If you need anything from this agent...forget it! Anytime we have a problem, we're told to "call our Landlord" on the one of the few times we did speak to them, it was to do with an issue for mould, we were told to open all the windows and leave the heating on all day, baring in mind we have electric storage heaters and we heard nothing from them since! When we first spoke to the Landlord about some of the fixtures which were broken and needed attention, we were shocked to find out all of the breakages the Landlord had already sent money to them for this to be corrected, but the agency didn't actually get their builders to fix, just pocketed the cash!
