IF issues are fixed it takes months as Landlord and estate agent try to find the cheapest solution, which ends up just covering up the issue poorly. I write this not as a response to them taking my deposit or kicking me out, or being a disgruntled tenant. I find the state of the property quite amusing now, as it is is a joke how bad the house is and how bad Chapplins are. I've had to buy a temporary hob and outdoor solar panel security lights so that I can cook and light the rooms in the house. I have given notice and have 30 days left in this house before I move.... and I cannot wait.
They are spineless estate agents and only represent the landlord's interest and want to protect their monthly maintenance fee.

From Darren's first visit to the property to all the phone calls to and from Chantelle keeping us up to date with the process, Chapplins couldn't have been more friendly, professional and efficient. I specially liked the idea of creating a bit of a buzz round the property before holding viewing days, as well as the fact that the whole sales team viewed and familiarized themselves with the house before it went on the market, so there wouldn't be occasions where the estate agent had less knowledge about the property than the people turning up to view it. All in all, great service and a great outcome.

Chapplins in Fareham were brilliant throughout the selling of my house especially Charlotte who kept me informed of how things were progressing throughout the whole process from start to finish... especially as we were in the lockdown due to the Coronavirus aswell, Charlotte kept me informed of how things were going on a weekly basis even when she was working from home, a great painless process from start to finish and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who were selling there home, top marks to Charlotte and the team in Fareham.
