Nekema and Eaton Properties were so helpful the whole way through the process from arranging the viewing to getting the referencing done and they even helped us contact the utility companies when we moved in. We couldn't have moved without Nekema's help she did everything she could to get us moved in as quickly and smoothly as possible & really provided outstanding smiling service.

Stronger/any communication Awarding property based on expressed interest- first come first served as opposed to whatever other criteria you have used

I have a buy to let property in Forest Hill and the tenant moved out. I used Eaton Properties just to find me a new tenant. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
