The staff at Eaton properties were really helpful, polite and friendly. They were not at all pushy like I would expect some agents to be. They got me a really good price for my flat and found tenants really quickly. I would strongly recommended them to any landlord looking to let out their property.

Stronger/any communication Awarding property based on expressed interest- first come first served as opposed to whatever other criteria you have used

I have a buy to let property in Forest Hill and the tenant moved out. I used Eaton Properties just to find me a new tenant.
