What a scam company. We decided to sell our home and had these clowns around to value for sale. They quoted the same value as all the other agencies landing in the same £5k bracket. We sold our property privately and our buyers bank instructed these shower Farrell Heyworth to "value" the property. Which they did £15K lower than the sale price £20K lower than there suggested asking price. Difference in time from original quote? 2 weeks. An utter utter joke of a company currently under investigation and possible litigation due to their incompetent nature
