Recently sold my property in Forest Row via Cubitt & West East Grinstead. I was concerned about putting my property on the market as a neighbour with an identical property had been struggling to sell for a number of months via another agent located in Forest Row. From the initial meeting at my property, I was impressed with the advice I received regarding all aspects of the sale process and marketing campaign. The photos taken were very impressive, to the point of me questioning if I did actually want to move! Within three weeks of the property being listed I had seven separate viewings completed. In week four I received my first offer and in week five I accepted an increased offer. My neighbour's property was still on the market to the best on my knowledge on my completion day. I was kept regularly updated throughout the sale process and while there was regular communication I did not feel ‘hounded' as has been the case on previous sales via other agents attempting to push things through quickly. Would definitely recommend Cubitt & West.

You act on behalf of your clients who pay your salary. Providing and advertising all the basic information required by a customer should be readily available to a customer on behalf of the seller. It should not become an administrative obstruction resulting in loss of a customers interest.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
