My advice to anyone would be to avoid this agency at all cost. Two months after being requested to withdraw our house from the market, It's still being advertised on their website. We asked them to remove it from the market because the "service" they'd provided had amounted to little more than a joke. They charged us £70 for a set of photographs that were enough to put any prospective buyer off. They failed to keep us updated fully and the viewers we received were mainly looking for something quite different. The 'properties of interest' we were sent were not even similar to what we were looking for. just about every aspect of what they have done since we signed up with them can be described as disappointing at best. I have requested that they stop sending me emails twice and they're still sending us monthly newsletters.

What agent could do to change your mind?
You act on behalf of your clients who pay your salary. Providing and advertising all the basic information required by a customer should be readily available to a customer on behalf of the seller. It should not become an administrative obstruction resulting in loss of a customers interest.
