Unfortunatelly I rented a property through Westpark Estate Agents for around 18 Months. I have never dealt with such incompetence. I was left for two months with No Boiler as they did nothing about sorting it. When they did, it still didn't work the next day and they suggested i didn't know how to use it - obviously I hadn't used it for the 9 months before it went wrong!! They did quartely inspections of the property and only decided when I move out that was not allowed to paint the walls of the property, despite it being a mess when I moved in with cracked walls and indication of earlier leaks etc - this was clearly a reason to keep my bond. They were terrible at returning calls, terrible at organising themselves and were just generally useless. I will never return to them and would consider living on the streets before I went back to them. I have just moved out of the property I moved to and received my full bond back, and left a fantastic review for Linley and Simpson who were brilliant from the start.
