Unprofessional, unhelpful, obnoxious, rude and, more importantly, outright liars. Can't speak for other tenants but I am treated with no respect. I have previously been described as 'the perfect tenant' as I keep my rented property immaculate and do most repairs myself, but the attitude of Westpark makes me feel like not bothering. Why the landlord doesn't deal direct is beyond me because this bunch of losers is of no advantage to him. Steer well clear of this lot.

Unfortunatelly I rented a property through Westpark Estate Agents for around 18 Months. I have never dealt with such incompetence. I was left for two months with No Boiler as they did nothing about sorting it. When they did, it still didn't work the next day and they suggested i didn't know how... Read Full Review
